RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are in their original unopened packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@tabajelly.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns for used items or items that are not in their original unopened packaging.
